Our goal is to help tackle some of the country’s major killer diseases i.e. Obesity, Cardio Vascular Diseases including High Blood Pressure, Stroke and Diabetes.

Support Us

The buying of health screening equipment and consumables requires monetary help; we are asking other members of the community for donations, please help us in any way, so that together we can fulfil our goal.

Free Health Checks

Our health checks include checking of employees’ blood pressure, blood sugar level, cholesterol, weight, height, and giving them health advice on healthy eating, exercise and providing them with health booklets, covering key health issues and a personal self-health management plan.
